You love helping people. We love social. So we used highly targeted Facebook Ads to reach people in need of support, pointing them to a nationwide network of support groups.
A 20+ year old ministry, focused on reaching people who have recently experienced the loss of a spouse or are going through separation/divorce, was looking for ways to expand their program to more people around the nation. Reaching an older demographic (the profile of the average person involved in one of their programs) is something that can be challenging through new technology. We partnered with this organized to create content and social strategy to reach the perfect people and drive event registrations within budget.
What we’ve accomplished:
The Do Better Social team conducted a number of strategy sessions, laying out multiple options on how to increase program awareness and participation using social media as a key acquisition point.
After compiling the strategy, the team creating dozens of variations of Ad designs for each event. These variations were used inside Facebook to reach the perfect audience.
This 60-day process resulted in over 125,000 unique people being reached and thousands of event signups - many of the signups coming from new people who were not familiar with the program beforehand.
