People love the outdoors. We love social. So we built a group of social brands from a tribe of 0 to 100,000 in 28 months.
Consisting of 3 social brands, this project developed a tribe of outdoor-lovers in the Appalachian region of the United States - in total over 100,000 people and growing. These platforms have gained over 5 million impressions in 28 short months with no paid promotion (all organic).
What we’ve accomplished:
Built 3 unique brands that represent micro-local, local, and regional areas of the Appalachian region. Beginning with the micro, we developed a strong brand that now consists of 60,000 followers.
Developed the structure for website traffic through content creation and organic search results. We also developed the structure for email communications including email list management, email list growth, and monthly messaging.
Developed a revenue strategy through ecommerce and brand partners that helped monetize these platforms. In a 60-day trial, the revenue stream went from $0 to $5,000 on limited ecommerce skews (3 skews).
